Jframe and its components are resizing [message #1856343]

I have a Jframe and under that i have Jpanel and few components, when i do preview it looks fine, small and neat, but it is very big during runnable. could someone help me on that.
resizable set as false, not sure why Jframe and components are showing big and some of them are hiding. i tried with Group layout as well Absolute - both are same
