Is 4DIAC support OSCAT library? [message #1848485]

I have used OSCAT library in codesys based project, most of the FBs in ST code.
Is it any possibility to install OSCAT library in 4DIAC IDE. If possible i can easily port existing function block as a Type library in 4DIAC.

Hi Sivan,

we had investigated and ported some blocks from the OSCAT library to 4diac some time ago. However at that time the 4diac support for that kind of FBs was not very good and we dropped that.

Therefore currently we don't have the OSCAT lib as part of 4diac itself. However with the last versions we added a good model for Simple FBs and allow FBs contained in simple FBs and call them from ST. This should provide you with the basic infrastructure to easily port OSCAT to 4diac. We would be happy to provide you with feedback or answering question when you do it. It would also be great to have that publicly available. Maybe even as part of OSCAT. What do you think?
