Run uninstall action on restart [message #1841209]

Hello,

I have p2.inf with instructions.uninstall removing a file. However, the file is open by the time the uninstall action is run and thus it fails on Windows (file is locked). Is it possible to postpone the uninstall action to Eclipse restart? When it will be run just before everything is started, the file won't be open yet and it will be possible to remove it.
