Installing Plugin via Marketplace client stays "Install Pending" [message #1837982]

Hi All.

I have created an Eclipse plugin (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/coherence-eclipse-plugin) which works fine when i use Install new software and point to the update site directly here:

https ://raw.githubusercontent.com/oracle/coherence-eclipse-plugin/gh-pages/eclipse/1.0.0

But when i Go to the Eclipse Marketplace Client, search for the plugin and click Install, it stays at "Install Pending".

Usually for other plugins, i can see it starts downloading and then allows you to install.

I'm at a loss to why this doesn't work from the client. I believe we don't need a site.xml and have tried with and without that a p2.index but can't get it to work at all.

Any clues to this would be great or any way i can get some fine logging from the client to try and figure out whats up.
