I Just install eclipse's software but I can't create a desktop icon o shortcut.

If you are asking how to create a desktop shortcut,
the answer is: it depends on the desktop.

Most Linux desktops provide the ability to create and edit a launcher
Windows provides "create shortcut" with a context menu IIRC
Consult your system documentation
