Valgrind integration missing [message #1835969] Thu, 17 December 2020 06:25 Go to next message

Hi,

I just installed Eclipse CDT 2020-12 from scratch on Debian 10, and I verified that it has the "Valgrind Tools Integration" already installed. I also have valgrind 3.14.0 available.

When I click on "Profile configurations...." according to the documentation there should be a category "Profile with valgrind" in the left sub-window, but the only available category is "C/C++ application".

What am I missing here?

Thanks
Stephan

What if you right click on your executable and select "Profiling tools -> Profile with Valgrind" ?
