In 4diac FORTE I would use the communication infrastructre for that. So as you are calling a web services this would correspond to the CLIENT FB. The inputs would be the service params, and the outputs the return values. The sednign and receiving code would go into a communication layer. More details about that can be found in our documetnation on communication layers. I think that Jose did some implementation on an HTTP layer in 4diac FORTE. If that is true you could use that as a basis.
