Unable to add some characters in editor. [message #1833462]

Hello, It has been a long time since I used this editor and I am having a strange problem.
I cannot add the ~ and `characters using the editor in C / C ++ code. Obviously these keys work with other editors. The version of CDT is 9.9.0 it is integrated in CubeMXIde and set installed on a W10 (french). Thank you in advance for your help.
