Hi Team,
Right now we are working on uplifting Jboss EAP 7.3.1 along with Redhat Openjdk 11. We are using Eclipse IDE for our development.
We observe that the version of Eclipse that we used was not supporting Redhat Openjdk 11. So we planned for a eclipse IDE uplift as well to the latest stable release i.e June,2020 release.
We were using "org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.runtime.eap.70" to get the runtime module information while using eclipse old version with Jboss EAP 7.1.6. But after the eclipse(June, 2020) upgrade we had to change the file name to "org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.runtime.eap.71" to get the modules in runtime for Jboss EAP 7.1.6.
Now after setting up our project in eclipse (June 2020) version, with Jboss 7.3.1, we are getting exceptions while building the code.
The issue that we are observing now is attached while building our code in eclipse with Jboss EAP 7.3.1, after importing the Jboss EAP7.3.1 runtime library. Some of the modules are not getting loaded as expected. We are getting class file not found for some of the javax jars.
Please note that, we have not yet update to Redhat OpenJdk 11.
The issues I mentioned above are occurring when we are using the below configuration:
Redhat Openjdk 8 + Jboss EAP 7.3.1 + Eclipse(June,2020 release)
Can you help us with your analysis?
