Can't build launch configurations on solaris [message #182570] Fri, 19 January 2007 14:29

Hi,

I've recently got eclipse working on Solaris 8 with CDT. Most things seem
ok, (with the exception of changing fonts), but I cannot build launch
configurations for C/C++ programs, and I can't launch the debugger.

When I try to access a C/C++ launch config I get a dialog box that says "An
error has occurred. See error log for details". Launching eclipse with
the -consolelog argument shows the following error:

!ENTRY org.eclipse.jface 4 2 2007-01-19 11:25:35.507
!MESSAGE Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in:

Any ideas what might be wrong????

Thanks, Derek
