Send Classpath Notification slowing down Eclipse [message #1824623]

Hello,
I have been using the below version for sometime on Mac:

Eclipse IDE for Java Developers
Version: 2019-03 (4.11.0)
Build id: 20190314-1200

The past few days, suddenly, I see the tool slow down and spinning the wheel. I see that the "Send Classpath Notification" task running repeatedly consuming a lot of CPUs.

What does "Send Classpath Notification" do? Where is it sending notification to? Can we turn it off / disable it? If so, how to do this?

Do you have any additional plug-ins installed, like STS4?

I presume it has been installed by default. I did not install it explicitly.

After looking at this thread : https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/spring-tools-4-aka-spring-tool-suite-4, I looked to the log file in the workspace and I see this error:

I reloaded Spring related sites under Preferences->Install/Update->Available Software Sites.
I also disabled language servers for Spring.
It seems calm right now. I do not see CPU running high, etc.
