Add/edit lower administrative information to the model [message #1824140]

I have ward level administrative boundary with projected population record for Nigeria. I have challenges in add this data to the in-built model.
I added a ward boundary(lowest form of administrative level) as shapefile(ESRI file) with the population records and road network as shapefile, but the model is not using the data with SEIR disease model.
Please can i get some assistant with this?
