We have a user who must restart there Tomcat(5.0.28) when they change a
custom tag code in the JSP. He is using Eclispe 3.1.2 and Web Standard
Tools 1.0.3. Would there be anything in the Web tools server configuration
that could cause this? When he changes regular plain text in JSP it is seen
with just reopening the browser.
