Im new in the forum and I'd like to ask if there is any eclipse x86 or ARM64 version.

If I recall correctly, Eclipse support for 32bit systems has been dropped recently.

Eclipse on 'exotic' hardware is supported via the different Linux distributions, check the mailing list (including replies) https://www.eclipse.org/lists/platform-dev/msg01891.html
