I'm a beginner of ECLIPSE RCP and using e4 projects.

I'm planning to add TextEditor in my e4 project. I know TextEditor is in org.eclipse.ui and It has used pre-version, eclipse 3.X. but in my e4 project, I cannot find org.eclipse.ui plug-in.
How can I add TextEditor in e4?

Additionally, what is difference of e4 and eclipse 3.X?
