Hello,
I am having trouble downloading eclipse onto my mac os x version 10.9.5
I have already downloaded jdk onto my mac and I am now looking to download eclipse. When downloading eclipse, I then attempt to right click on eclispe to open with active utlies, but I do not have the option to open active utilities instead I only have the option to open with Disk image mounter. I then also attempt to just open software without right clicking and I am giving a error message that says

/Users/SabrinaFigueira/.eclipse/org.eclipse.platform_4.14.0_1231987628_macosx_cocoa_x86_64/configuration/1580235805806.log.
Can someone please help me understand what is happening here ? I am a first time user with eclipse and I am using eclipse for school work
