Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows [message #1818508] Tue, 17 December 2019 17:41 Go to next message

I am using the Eclipse IDE for java developers, and I have downloaded the windowbuilder plug in. I am working in an application window under swing designer. Whenever I double-click on a JButton on my interface in Design mode, Eclipse unexpectedly shuts down and raises an error. I have attached the error to this post. Please help me.

This looks similar to this bug's dump:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=550857

It also looks similar to this dump:

It seems an SWT problem specific to Windows 10. It's not clear if something has now been fixed in SWT for the 2019-12 release, which is available later today...
