I checked the Raspberry-PI SPS, it seems to be for education, isn't it?

There are several RapsberryPI based PLC systems out there. I think nearly all will work with Eclipse 4diac. If they are suitable for your use-case I can not tell. Also the main usage of the different devices you need to check with the vendors.
