JDK 1.5 source compliance [message #180546] Thu, 30 September 2004 17:27 Go to next message

On a previous install of Eclipse 3.0.1 w/ the JDK 1.5.0 I was able to set
the source compliance to 1.5 in the Java->Compiler section of the
Preferences dialog....now I'm limited to 1.4, even though I'm only using
1.5 and that is the JDK set for use in Eclipse, not 1.4.

How can I fix this?

Use one of the 3.1 integration build. If you had the 1.5 compliance, you
installed the cheetah plugin.
There is no more Cheetah update. It has been merged into the HEAD stream
(3.1).

Does the Visual Editor work well w/ 3.1? I did have the 3.1 build that
Gentoo has in Portage but I found that some of my plugins were acting
strange.

Shouldn't the Cheetah page be updated to reflect this?
