Operating system Win7
On the new SSD I have installed neon 4.6
I am not able to install Sloeber plugin because such an error
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Sloeber, the Eclipse Arduino IDE (plugin version) 4.3.1.201810101819
(io.sloeber.feature.feature.group 4.3.1.201810101819)
Missing requirement: Sloeber, the Eclipse Arduino IDE (plugin version) 4.3.1.201810101819
(io.sloeber.feature.feature.group 4.3.1.201810101819)
requires 'org.eclipse.cdt.feature.group 9.5.0' but it could not be found
What I can do ?

Your setup is too old for the plugins.

Discard the setup, load Eclipse installer, update it to the newest (2018-09), and install Eclipse CDT again. Try again the Sloeber installation.

Hi
OK I have done what you have suggested, but I was not able to test it because e new problem arised with the lenght of Path.
At the same time I discovered that in this version a plugin for arduino is already included,
So, instead of Sloeber I made the configuration of the existing plugin, (platform and libraries). I made two lines of a new arduino project .
When i I built it .I got "Unsesolved Arduino.h", It look like it is not able to find where arduino is, but the configuration seems to be OK.
Have a suggestion ?
If you need more details, just ask.

Your installation may be missing the platform for your Arduino.

Go to Help -> Arduino Downloads Manager, and add your processor platform.

HI
I wlll try to be as short as possible.
Now i am able to make a program, assume Test1, to compile end upload. It seems all is working but.....
-If I leave open Test1 and I close eclipse when I open again eclipse the Launch Configuration and Launch target are the same as before, clearly Test1 is open and I can work on it, compile and upload.
-If I close Test1 and than eclipse when I open again eclipse Launch Configuration is void and Launch target is not any more on the bar.
how is possile to have back the configuration I had before ?
-On a working Test1 I included a library, assume LiquidCrystal_I2C, previously imported and library was included corectly but when I included Wire.h, that is used by LiquidCrystal I got " unresolved Wire.h." Again as the systen should be unable to find Arduino or is it necessary to import olso the libraries of the core?
Then I stop myself, to proceed i need solve these problems.
