Hi,

This is an issue in EGit itself, the graphical integration for working with Git in Eclipse, that we install by default in Obeo Designer. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=535954.

It has no actual impact on how the product works, even on EGit itself. It is just a "noisy" way for EGit to tell the user that some of its optional functionality is not installed.

In the recently released Obeo Designer CE 11.1.0 (which includes Sirius 6.1.0), we've included EGit 5.0.3 (instead of 5.0.0 which was released with Photon and has the bug) to avoid this message.

If you really need to stay on Obeo Designer 11.0 for some reason, you can try to explicitly install the JGit LFS support from http://download.eclipse.org/releases/photon/ to silence the warning.
