Repository location is Discarded (Not Responding) : SVN and hangs the application [message #1786663]

I have an eclipse application when I launch, it gets hanged and is not responding.

We are loading the application from workspace and mapped it to SVN repository.

Now I have my current workspace (with changes hangs) and new workspace (working without hangs).

I Compared both the workspace and found the difference in workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings\org.eclipse.team.svn.core.prefs file.

If I replace this file to my workspace it will work properly..

What would be the cause? How can I fix this issue ?
