Templates created in RAD not working in Eclipse [message #677537]

I have several .jtpl template files that I created in RAD (IBM's Rational Application Developer), but now I'm using Eclipse Helios and the parent/child relationship is not working. Actually it appears all the files are independent of each other.

Is there a way to re-implement this functionality such that it will work in Eclipse? I like the idea of having parent and child html pages such that I'm not duplicating javascript and import statements in all my pages.
