I noticed that there are three versions of org.tukaani.xz floating around. The Photon stream has 1.6 but the Oxygen stream has 1.5 and Neon and older have 1.3. Perhaps you might try downloading Photon and Neon to see if they fail the same way. There is a source bundle for it, but given the stack trace in the reports you linked have no lines, perhaps it's not compiled with debug information.
