Can i be able to create my own web archive file and deploy and run ESH in any server like tomcat..?

or do i be able to use ESH into my web application..?

ESH is not a webapplication, so your question is indeed invalid. The only "web" part of ESH is that we offer UIs like basicui and paperui which can be used to configure it.
