Getting Stereotypes for Model transformations [message #1765719] Tue, 13 June 2017 16:25 Go to next message

Hello,
My problem is following:
I want to model in Magicdraw stereotypes classes and then transform them to my metamodel according to the Stereotypes. My Stereotypes extend Class Stereotype. Now my problem is that i can't find the stereotypes in the output from magicdraws emfuml2xmi plugin in java. I tried already the code snippet from the ATL How To: https://wiki.eclipse.org/ATL/Howtos#How_can_I_handle_arbitrary_XML_documents.3F
Should i import also my profile?

Here is a snippet of the uml file created via the export function in Magicdraw
index.php/fa/29627/0/
index.php/fa/29628/0/
My profile where my stereotypes are stored is "MyProfiles" and the stereotype applied to class "TestKlasse" is "MyStereotype". Afterwards in my metamodel there is an element "MyStereotype" on which the class should be mapped.
Is this even possible with ATL? Or am I doing something wrong in MD

If you can load your UML model in the Eclipse UML2 editor, you should be able to load it in ATL as well.
