FYI I am investigating the creation of an EMFCompare UI for eclipse Che.
I have started a public github project to record my work at https://github.com/neilmackenzie/EMFCompare4Che
Any ideas, contribution,collaboration or interest is welcome.

Hi Neil,

Thanks for letting us know, I've never really given Che a try but don't hesitate to share if you get something working or if you need us to open APIs you'd need for your endeavour, we'll gladly look at new things.
