I am using Eclipse IDE Kepler SR2 in a Windows 8.1 Pro OS. I have installed Apache Tomcat v7 and v9, but I cannot use the Apache Tomcat v9.0 server as it never appears in my system.

Under Preferences > Server > Runtime Environments, I only see Apache Tomcat v7.0. When I click the "Add" button, that is the highest version I have. When I click the "Search" button and go to the "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0" folder and attempt to add this version, I receive the message "No new server runtime environments were found."

Is there a way to make this available in my IDE?
