hi everybody,
can anyone tell me what does this error mean?

org.eclipse.m2m.atl.engine.emfvm.VMException: java.lang.String does not have properties

In regular ATL, only model elements can have properties (attributes). String is a primitive type in ATL. Why are you trying to access an attribute on a String?
