I am a newbie with CDT, I looked up the CDT homepage and wiki, and find
the information is extremely little. Could anyone tell me where to find
more besides here?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Specific answer: "Managed make" means Eclipse creates the makefile, as you'd
expect a modern
IDE to do. "Standard make" means that you give it an existing makefile --
useful if you're importing
an existing code base.

General answer: if you have the CDT installed in Eclipse, there's a huge
manual under "C/C++ Development
Toolkit User Guide" in the Help index.
