Using Raspberry GPIO [message #1756442] Thu, 16 March 2017 19:40 Go to next message

Hello,
I'm new to Kura and I try to learn some basic things using a Raspberry.
I managed to use pins as output but I have trouble reading input from a simple switch with pull up resistor.

Does anybody have an example that can share on input pin listener?
Which package should I use/import for GPIO?

Thank you,
Nikitas

Hello Nikitas,

Did you implement the PinStatusListener [1] and register accordingly [2]?

[2] http://download.eclipse.org/kura/releases/2.0.0/docs/apidocs/org/eclipse/kura/gpio/KuraGPIOPin.html#addPinStatusListener(org.eclipse.kura.gpio.PinStatusListener)

Thanks,
