I am new to Eclipse. I am importing com.sun.jimi, com.genetic and
netscape.javascript.JSObject packages. I am getting these error messages:
"jimi can not be resolved", "com.genetic can not be resolved" and
"unhandled exception type JSException". I was wondering why I get these
error messages.

Because your project does not include the JARs with those packages.
For a start, open the Eclipse Help and find the Getting Started Guide
under Java Development - there are tutorials and examples there that
will help you understand how to set up your projects.

Hope this helps,
Eric

Thanks Eric it worked. However, two methods of JSObject do not work.
JSObject.getWindow and JSObject.eval. The program throws "Unhandle
exception". The methods run fine in UNIX (using jre 1.1.8). However, it
does not work in eclips. I was wondering if there is a setting or
revision issue.

Thanks
