AUT not getting started with swing application in linux [message #1754090]

I have installed jubula8.4.1.123 in linux(RHEL) machine.
My requirement is to start the AUT for my application installer (of type swing).
My application installer file is in the format of <<application.bin>>
When we provide application.bin in AUT executable file name under AUT configuration,getting the below error:
"The file "application.bin" is JAR file.Please enter this JAR file in the "Executable JAR file name" field instead".

When we try to configure application .bin file in "Executable JAR file name" field,browser window not displaying application.bin file.

So we created "test.sh" file with the executable step for the "application.bin" file
Now we provided test.sh file under AUT executable file name field.
After that tried to start AUT,it is in progress always.
My application installer is getting launched but as AUT is not started the observation mode/object mapping mode are not enabled.

The same setup(application type as swing) is working fine in windows.
In windows our application installer is application.exe

I have uploaded screenshot for AUT configuration screenshot & the running status.

Kindly help to resolve this.

Dear John,

could you please check if your test.sh is flagged as executable for Linux?
If not, please change this to an executable and try to start it again in Jubula.

Hi Elena,

Thanks for the update.

File permission is given as executable.

I have attached the screenshot for the same. pl check that.
Let me know if any permissions needs to be included for the same.
