Configuring PyDev [message #1746490] Mon, 31 October 2016 04:00 Go to next message

Dear all,

I am trying to write EASE python scripts with PyDev.
While the scripts are running, the IDE marks

line like

loadModule("/System/Platform")

with the error message

Undefined variable:
loadModule
Undefined variable:
loadModule

Any idea how to configure the IDE so that the errors don't show up?

Andreas

This would need additions to PyDev to make the editor aware of the additional methods. Not sure if this is possible without contributing to PyDev directly.

What are the EASE Python users in this forum using for editing? Any other Python editor or plain text?
