Size of the scrollable area for a FreeformLayer [message #173684] Fri, 25 March 2005 12:59 Go to next message

Is it possible to make the scrolling area 'wider' when using a
FreeformLayer?

My layout algorithm recomputes the location of the figures on it, and each
time this happens,
the scrollable area also adjusts its size - I don't want that to happen.

What are my options? Can I set the size of the scrollable area myself?

Thanks
Rudi

The scrollable area is determined by getFreeformBounds. You could extend
this method to guarantee/limit some amount
