Greetings.
A little known feature of Eclipse Titan is the capability of the command line main controller to display ASCII art files that are located in the $TTCN3_DIR/etc/asciiart directory.
There can be any number of ASCII art text files in that directory; a random file will be chosen to be displayed. The file name can contain special filtering instructions that can trigger a timed display; the exact details of this feature are documented in the user guide par. 4.4.2.4 Displaying ASCII Art on Startup
Example of file names containing filtering instructions:
foolsday.month-04.day-1.txt
weekendwork.weekday-6_7.txt
Displaying ASCII art can be prevented by deleting all files from the directory. Adding some filtering conditions can be done by renaming the file according to naming rules explained in the user guide.
This feature can be used to personalize you own copy of Titan,
add a timed reminder etc. One can add for instance a nice GOT-inspired dragon theme:
