Hmmm, Can you be a little more specific about how to change those. Is this
through
Window->preferences...

I am trying to change the color that highlights the word found for the
search.
I use green on black, and the grey it is using is really bad..

OK - so you are not looking for the color in the tool (Search view) but
for the color used when marking a match in the editor, right? This is
done via Window > Preferences > Workbench > Editor > Annotations. Select
"Search Results" in the list.
