The GEF4 logo example has warnings about discouraged access.

This is, because the mvc plugin exports packages as internal only.

Export-Package: org.eclipse.gef4.mvc;x-internal:=true

why is this?

This is because all GEF4 API is still provisional. The GEF contributor guide provides guidelines on how to get rid of the warnings.
