Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: [message #1708907]

While running a program this error message always occurs in the console:

Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xmx512M

However it doesn't affect the work but it annoys me while running a program.
I reinstalled eclipse and I'm currently using Eclipse Mars (4.5) but the error message still occurs.

I'd really appreciate a solution for this error message.
