I have published several new Sapphire plugin repositories that will be updated as appropriate when new Sapphire releases come out. The advantage of using these repositories instead of the fixed ones provided with every release (which are still provided) is that search for updates will find the new Sapphire version if one is available.
http://download.eclipse.org/sapphire/latest
This repository tracks the latest Sapphire release, including jumping across major release boundaries (breaking changes). It currently points to the 9.0.1 release. This is the repository that's used by Eclipse Marketplace.
http://download.eclipse.org/sapphire/9.x
This repository tracks the 9.x release line. It includes both service and minor releases, but will not jump to Sapphire 10 when that's available. It currently points to the 9.0.1 release.
http://download.eclipse.org/sapphire/8.x
This repository tracks the 8.x release line that is being maintained for adopters who are not yet able to require Java 8. It includes both service and minor releases. It currently points to the 8.2.1 release.
