Build Selected File(s) Not Working [message #1708467]

Hi Everyone,

I'm using the Xilinx SDK on Ubuntu 14.04 with the following versions:

Eclipse 4.3.2.v20140221-1852
CDT 8.3.0.201402142303

Project Build Automatically is not selected.

In the Project Explorer if I select say 'adc.c' and then select 'Build Selected File(s)' from the context menu the files does not build. The console screen will clear its contents but the usual build message is not displayed.

I tried turning on trace in the logging options but nothing is generated.

Any thoughts on debugging this? Is this a CDT bug or an issue with my project?
