Eclipse: Internal error building project <project> configuration Debug [message #1707924] Thu, 10 September 2015 10:46
Eclipse UserFriend
OS: Debian Wheezy

Eclipse: 3.8

GCC: 4.7.2

Fairly new to C and Eclipse. I've recently encountered a litany of errors during a build process which involved creating a New C Project, creating the file structure with proj_name/src and proj_name/include folders, and then copying over source code made in a different project into these two folders. I believe all the project properties are properly in place for linking/compiling, and a simple output in main.c even runs fine if I choose to "Continue to launch" even with the present errors.

Given the makefile is creating a proper executable, I'd imagine the build is working sufficiently, and this can be ignored, however they're still annoying to deal with. Does anybody know what may be causing the issue?

I found the following post which seems relevant, however I'm unsure of how to check my CDT (I tried to figure it out, I swear!), and I would imagine the fix cited won't act as a direct drop in for the current version of CDT given the age of the post. Additionally the last post made says the bug has resurfaced.
