The Eclipse application i am using has a different folder structure than the regular applications.May be it is the reason for RCPTT to not recognize the application as input.

Is there any way to make RCPTT identify the Application i am trying to pass it as input to application under test?

Hi,

Try to set Location=<path to the directory which contains directory "plugins"> in "New Application Under Test" window when you try to add application to RCPTT.
Please let me know if it helps.
