Well, in fact, I can see the problem in the papyrus.setup model, so I
have raised the bugzilla, myself:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=475169
You should find the problem resolved, now (or, at least, as soon as the
git change propagates to the Oomph index).
