This is how the icons in title bar in diagram display.

Is it possible to configure it somehow to display it correctly or is it a bug?

Do you see the same behavior in other editors with buttons in the header? Sapphire users a JFace facility to render the header.

No I don't. For example Plug-in Manifest Editor works fine.

Ok. Please open a bug. In the bug, make sure to include OS, OS version, any customizations made to system font sizes or dpi, along with screenshots showing Sapphire behavior vs another editor.
