Hi all,
I am trying to enable Navigator view and Project and Package explorer in my RCP application. I have botht hte org.eclipse.ui.ide and org.eclipse.ui.workbench projects in my product.
The problem I had was that I could't see nay projects in the navigator view and in the project explorer and package explorer the icons were missing.
i found this old post from 2009 which has the same problem and some other posts from back then which were pointing to this.

I made these changes and things seem to work now, but I feel like this is not the right way or maybe since 2009 there are some changes and the problem can be solved in a more elaborated way rather than having dependencies to internal codes.
Can you please comment on this?
