I have just installed the SQL development tools and have managed to set up a
jConnect driver to a Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise 15.0 database.
However, when I go to run an adhoc query in "Run..." (which I presume is the
place to do it?) it complains with the error:

java.sql.SQLException: Can not determine the correct server type by the
conection profile: jConnect

What can I do about this? The connection works fine and I can browse
through the schema OK so what do you think might be the problem? In the
connection properties under "Version" it says "JDBC: unknown" which may be a
pointer.

Thanks,

Wes
