Is there a way to launch an external application during plugin installation
from an update site.
For instance, if a plugin is created that depends on a third-party set of
tools, can that third-party's installation be launched when the plugin is
installed from an update site?
As an example, the CDT requires a set of thrid party utilities such as MinGW
or Cygwin. These packages are installed, in Windows, via windows
installation executables. For a CDT-like plugin, can a windows installation
be invoked from the update site while installing the eclipse plug-in?
Thank You,
Chad
