display selected console disabled in M9? [message #162813] Fri, 04 June 2004 11:19 Go to next message

Hi,

I just upgraded to Eclipse 3 M9, and I noticed that the "display
selected console" icon is always disabled. This means that I can view
only the last console output.
Until now (all version of Eclipse up to 3.0 M8) this feature worked
without any problems.

Is there perhaps a new option somewhere to switch this feature on in M9,
or is it a new bug? Does anyone else experience it?

Regards,

Gabor

Likely you have only one console.
Do you have the debug preference to removed terminated launches enabled?
Window>Preferences>Run/Debug>Launching>Remove terminated launches when a new
launch is created

This was turned on by default in M9
