Copy from bug 84880:

ALPHA style may be problematical in ITU-T keypad devices where limits the
chars
in alphabetic letters only? Press "2" once does not show nothing to the end-
user may be quite confusing. Also the use case for this style is not clear.

So propose to remove ALPHA style in ConstraintedText.

Any objections? If not, will remove it before Friday (March 04).
